I’m creating this group to talk about the gut and brain connection, and to share recipes and foods that seem to help manage symptoms. I was at my lowest point several years ago and I decided I needed to actually step up and really put the work in to improve my life. The most meaningful method in my recovery has been a diet overhaul: more produce, more complex carbs, more fiber, more probiotics, fermented foods, and less sugar. I’m happy to hear if anyone else has had any success with this!
